Loved it! Great service and food. Honestly no complaints, my boyfriend said the steak was better than our trip to Medellin. We’ll definitely come back. See our before and after pics, i got the fish and he had the tbone.

A wonderful and very tasty moment. The team are listening and give you advices towards your needs. Very professional and punctual. The meat is a high level, tender and juicy and tasty! Experience is a must when you visit Nice. Only the decoration is far from the meat world that is the only cons of the restaurant.

Steak tartar was wonderful. Great flavours - basil, olive oil, perfect small slices of cheese, salt crystals. Great price as well for their daily special at 17 Euros including a side!

The attentive and friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel welcomed right away. Now, let's talk about the star of the show — the steaks. Oh my, they were truly exceptional! Cooked to perfection, every bite was a symphony of flavors. The quality of the meat was outstanding, tender and juicy, leaving me wanting more with each mouthwatering morsel. The chefs at le petit palais clearly know how to handle a grill with expertise. What impressed me even further was the extensive selection of steaks. From traditional cuts like ribeye and filet mignon to unique variations, there was something to satisfy every palate. I opted for the bone-in ribeye, and it was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted. Not only were the steaks exceptional, but the accompanying sides were equally delightful. The roasted garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and packed with flavor, while the seasonal vegetables provided a refreshing balance to the richness of the meat. The choice of beef type for the entre cote could have been better for the price. We ordered fish for kids menu as per written, to no avail. Wine offer was good, the beef simply spoil the dining experience for a steakhouse.

Firstly the high notes, the steak (1.2kg Tomahawk dry aged for 45 days) was beautiful which was cooked to our specification. Side vegetables and sautéed potatoes were tasty as well. Main dish alone doesn't make up for whole experience. The low light was, (terribly soggy) french fries and €10 beer!! It's particularly hard to say no to a cold beer after enjoying Nice in warm weather. As you sit, they'll offer you the choices (pretty average selection), only after getting the bill or reading other reviews, you realise the price. And when you raise this to the restaurant staff (in our case to the owner), he simply shrugs and said it's normal. We walked out with a mixed bag of experience. So I recommend this place for those seek for juicy steaks but if you want a pleasant dining out experience, Nice offers plenty of alternative eateries.
